The nation celebrated Juneteenth when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas in 1865 to inform the slaves that they were free. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Kirkland Hall, president of the Somerset County Branch of the NAACP, about the significance of the date and the struggles ahead for the country.
