The news of the shooting at the Uvalde elementary school is nothing new for teachers who have been living with such incidents since Columbine. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Karin Miller, a teacher for 19 years and who is now running for a seat on the Wicomico County Board of Education, about the impact of such shooting incidents on her students.
