The proposed wind turbines off the Ocean City coastline has raised questions about the impact they would have on aquatic life. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Dr. Bradley Stevens, Professor Emeritus of marine science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, who said there appeared to be benefits for Black Sea Bass.
