Homeless Seeking Shelter in the Time of COVID 19

When the weather turns cold the homeless seek shelter. But, this will be the second winter where they must also contend with COVID 19. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Celeste Savage, executive director of Hope and Life Outreach, about how they are dealing with the virus and the cold.
