Serving openly as a transgender member of the military is just the latest development in the fight for gay rights. Their personal stories are compiled in a new book entitled, "With Honor and Dignity: Transgender Troops in their Own Words". Host Don Rush talks with with one of the editors Bree Fram about their experience.
