Dr. Kate Clifford Larson is author of Bounded for the Promised Land: Portrait of an American Hero." Delmarva Public Media's Peter Solomon talked with her about what we know about her life and some of the misconceptions about her efforts.
Dr. Larson will be the keynote speaker at the annual Beach to Bay Heritage Area conference on Oct. 28th at the Henson Center on the campus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
