After the announcement that State Senator Ernie Lopez intends to retire, Delaware's 6th District could very well turn blue. Jack Bucchioni has become the first Democrat to announce his intention to succeed the Republican. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with him about his prospects and the issues in the district.
