Frederick Douglass Descendant on Plans for Park's Visitor Center

A design has been unveiled for the Visitor Center of the Frederick Douglass Park that includes a large modern building with a lookout to survey the surroundings where the abolitionist was born. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Tarance Bailey, Sr., Douglass's five times great nephew, about his impression of the structure and what he expects it to contain.
