State Sen. Mary Beth Carozza on Police Incidents in Ocean City

Maryland state officials are expressing concern and calling for an investigation into incidents on videos that have surfaced from the weekend. One shows an Ocean City officer jamming his knee into the side of a young man who is face down on the ground. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with state Senator Mary Beth Carozza who represents the Lower Shore counties about the incidents.
