Pandemic: Is It Too Soon to Reopen?

With the anniversary of the onset of the coronavirus pandemic a number of states have begun to reopen. Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced that restaurants, bars and other establishments will be able to open to full capacity. But, in public spaces social distancing and masks are still required. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Dr. Paul Spearman, a member of the Board of Directors for the Infectious Diseases Society of America and Director of Infectious Diseases at the Cincinnati Children's Hospital, about whether states are reopening too soon.
