Wicomico County Reluctantly Supports Salisbury Tax Incentive Effort (Part 2)

The city of Salisbury is seeking a tax incentive program to development a residential area around downtown and it seeking enabling legislation in Annapolis. But there was some reluctance on the part of members on the Wicomico County Council to express support for the program known as the Hotel or Residential Incentive Zone. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Greg Bassett, editor and general manager of the Salisbury Independent, about that reluctance. (Part 2)
