Greg Bassett: Salisbury Seeks Tax Incentive Program (Part 1)

The city of Salisbury is looking to provide more residential development around its downtown area and is now seeking enabling legislation from Annopolis to allow for tax breaks under the Hotel and Residential Incentive Zone program.
