Franchot Announces Delivery COVID Relief Checks

The stimulus checks will be arriving for Marylanders from the state's COVID Relief Act. Comptroller Peter Franchot told Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush that they are already going out. But, he adds, this is not nearly enough in the face of the economic downturn.
