The Chesapeake Bay receives a grade of D+ from the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Alan Girard, the Eastern Shore director for the foundation, who pointed to the struggle of the rockfish as a major reason for the poor mark.
