When the projected victory of Joe Biden was announced on Saturday crowds gathered across the country including in front of the White House. But, even as the celebrations disappeared eyes began to turn toward Capitol Hill and the Republicans in the Senate. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Salisbury University political science professor Michael O'Loughlin about that outpouring and what the future may hold for the GOP. (Part 2)
