Small Cities & Energy Efficiency (Part 2)

Energy efficiency has become a watch word as the world begins to grapple with climate change. And, cities are at ground zero with efforts to make them more energy efficient. A recent survey  of 100 cities in the U.S. found that 20 are on track to reaching their goals. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with David Ribeiro, with the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and author of the survey, about what smaller cities can do to fight a global problem.
