The nation has been shaken by two events, the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the indictment of only one Louisville police officer in the death of Breonna Taylor. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Salisbury University political science professor Michael O'Loughlin about their implications.
