Legislative Hall Evacuated After Smoke Detected

Legislative Hall in Dover was evacuated briefly yesterday morning.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the Department of Safety and Homeland Security said smoke was detected from an electrical panel.

Lawmakers their aides and others were forced to leave the building for around 30 minutes while fire personnel went over the building to ensure it was safe.
