MD Comptroller Weighs in on Government Shut & Budget Surplus

The Maryland legislative session has begun amid a partial federal government shutdown and a $1 billion budget surplus. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush spoke with state Comptroller Peter Franchot who indicated he may even look at the top job in the state in the next few years.
