As much as twenty percent of veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan suffer from some form of PTSD or brain injury. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush takes a look at what one vet is offering up to help out. And it's man's best friend. In part one, he explores the effects from the wartime experience.
