Another Democrat Vows to Unseat Congressman Harris

A third Democratic candidate has entered the race to unseat Republican incumbent Congressman Andy Harris. Jesse Colvin, a former Army Ranger and business consultant has decided to enter the race. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush sat down with the candidate to talk about the race and the issues.
