Two high school students have been arrested in a bomb threat made against Smyrna High School.

An employee reported an email that said there were bombs inside the school and in vehicles in the parking lot.

The facility was evacuated on Monday as local authorities searched the grounds but found no devices.

Corporal Brian Donner with the Smyrna Police Department said that the incident involved a 14 year old boy and 15 year old girl.

WBOC says they have been charged with felony terroristic threat and conspiracy.

Police say they were connected to the incident through an Instagram account.
