There’s been another crowd fight on Delmarva.

This time Dewey Beach Police responded to a disturbance on Sunday at 1 a.m. at the Rusty Rudder Restaurant.

It involved a fight with security staff and from a disorderly crowd.

As the police arrived the Salisbury Daily Times reports that the crowd increased to around 30.

A clash between the officers ensued as the crowd was told to disperse.

The Daily Times reports that several officers were exposed to pepper spray and one was injured after being hit on the head with an unknown object.

Rehoboth Beach police joined their fellow officers to help out.

The paper reports that several of those in the crowd were detained but then let go because the victims refused to cooperate.
