The battle over Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's $42 billion budget is about to begin in Annapolis as Democrats vow to ensure their priorities are represented in the final document. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush spoke with Anjali Shastry with the Washington Times who has been covering the opening gambits on the budget.
