Student Charged in Bomb Threat at Stephen Decatur High School

There is a suspect in the bomb threat phoned into Stephen Decatur High School this week.  

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that it is a student who is charged with the threat of arson and disturbing school activities and personnel.

He is being charged as a juvenile.

On Wednesday a bomb threat was phoned in causing the high school to be evacuated.

The student was taken into custody yesterday and sent to the Lower Eastern Shore Children’s Center in Salisbury. 

There were a series of bomb threats earlier this week – many of them automated to schools in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
