OC Boardwalk Tram Service Extended Another Week

OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) - Officials in Ocean City say the town is extending Boardwalk tram service for an extra week.

The trams usually end their season on Labor Day, but officials announced this week that the service will continue until Sept. 13.

During the extra week of service, trams will run the entire length of the boardwalk, but they will only operate from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m.

The south tram ticket office will remain open but the north end station will close.
