PORTSMOUTH, Va. (AP) - The Coast Guard and the Navy plan to conduct a joint training exercise in the lower Chesapeake Bay.
The cruise ship Spirit of Norfolk also will participate.
The exercise is scheduled for 9 a.m. to noon on Monday.
The Coast Guard says the goal of the exercise is to promote coordination between military units.
