The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch through 6 a.m. tomorrow for Kent, and Sussex counties in Delaware as well as Queen Anne’s, Talbot and Caroline counties in Maryland.
Tomorrow expect 1-to-3 inches of rain that could cause the creeks and streams to overflow their banks and flood low lying areas.
