NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Authorities have condemned 130 wooden decks at the Stonebridge Apartment complex in New Castle County after a 51-year-old woman was injured when a second-floor balcony collapsed at the complex.
New Castle County police spokesman Cpl. John Weglarz says it happened around 3 p.m. Monday. The woman was treated and released at a local hospital.
Weglarz says inspectors reviewed all the balconies in the complex and found unsafe for use.
The cause of the collapse is under investigation.
