Higher Bond for Suspect in Parkside High Rape Case

A bond has been set again for 17-year old Jocori Scarborough who is charged with the alleged rape of a fellow 15 year old student at the Parkside High School.

Now it is higher at $250-thousand.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that if released he will be required to stay at his home in Delmar and can only leave to meet with his defense counsel.

In addition, Scarborough will not be allowed on the Parkside High campus or have any contact with the alleged victim.

The alleged rape is to have occurred in the hallway of the school on May 5th

Scarborough was indicted this week by a Wicomico County grand jury on second-degree rape and possession of a firearm by a minor among other charges.
