Protesters To Gather in Washington for 12th Anniversary of Patriot Act

This weekend marks the 12th anniversary of the signing of the Patriot Act.

And, privacy advocates are set to hold a rally in the nation’s capital in the wake of revelations of surveillance by the National Security Agency.
