Kentucky authorities say they have definitely identified the bones found last week in a storage unit as that of a missing woman from Newark, Delaware.
The Wilmington News Journal reports that Whitley County Coroner Andy Croley said today they are the remains of Doris Wood.
She disappeared from her Brookside home in July of 1997.
The bones were found on Thursday night in three bags at a storage facility owned by her late husband Robert.
The cause of death has not been determined and remains under investigation.
