Mikulski on Navy Yard Shooting and Wallops Rocket Launch

Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-Md) says it is now time to look at the issue of mental illness and military security, in the wake of the Navy Yard shooting that killed 12 victims and left the alleged shooter dead. Delmarva Public Radio spoke with the Maryland Democrat about the tragedy in a week that saw Wallops Island Flight facility gear up for another rocket launch.
