There’s a new organization in Wicomico County that’s hiring veterans who can develop their skills in the construction industry.
It’s called Delmarva Veteran Builders led by its president Chris Eccleston, a veteran himself.
He told WBOC that the first big job the firm got is the redevelopment of the State’s Attorney’s Office and Child Advocacy Center in downtown Salisbury.
Eccleston says he hopes the project will put the company on the map…and he adding within 5 years he would like DVB to become a multi-million construction company serving the Delmarva region.
Work on the news office and child advocacy center is expected to be finished in early 2014.
