Churchill And Thatcher

With the death of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher,  many are comparing her to British Prime Minister Winston Churchill.  However, as Delmarva Public Radio's Dick Rosse notes, Churchill not only made history and did so with a  rhetorical flourish.
