WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - The city of Wilmington is offering a break on parking at downtown meters for the holiday season.
Starting on Monday, parking will be free at on-street meters beginning at noon each day. Motorists still have a two hour time limit, however.
The parking break will last through Dec. 31.
