A Moderate Republican Speaks Out About His Party

Is the Republican Party moving away from its more traditional conservative roots? Former Delaware Congressman Mike Castle, who lost a senate primary to Tea Party favorite Christine O'Donnell, is considered a moderate in his party. When Delmarva Public Radio caught up with him at the Republican National Convention in Tampa, he clearly indicated that he had disagreements with some of the new policy shifts within the GOP.
