Attorneys representing convicted pedophile Dr. Earl Bradley have filed an appeal with the Delaware State Supreme Court seeking to overturn Bradley’s multiple convictions for child molestation
In the court papers defense attorneys argue that the video evidence should have been excluded from the case because of a bad police search in December 2009.
The attorneys say that police did not have a valid warrant to search a building…where video evidence of Bradley molesting children was discovered so the evidence should be tossed out.
The judge had ruled that the materials in question would have been discovered eventually with another warrant and would have been allow in as evidence.
