        Crying is not often thought of as being a part of politics, especially at the presidential level. However, there are times when politicians breakdown in public. This year, it was former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.  Delmarva Public Radio's Dick Rosse looks back on key moments, when a few tears made a difference.
