Former Senator and Congressman Paul Sarbanes has died at the age of 87. His first national moment on the political stage came when he drew up an article of impeachment against then President Richard Nixon. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot about the late senator's legacy.
