Virginia officials have lifted the ban on winter dredging of the Blue Crab after some 16 years. Maryland officials and environmentalists expressed their alarm pointing to recent low populations. In our weekly series with the Bay Journal Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with staff writer Jeremy Cox about the surprise move.
