A lawsuit has been filed against the decision by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission to increase limits on Striped Bass. In our weekly series with the Bay Journal Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with associate editor and senior writer Tim Wheeler about the impact of limits on commercial and recreational fishing.
