Study Finds Decline in MDE Staffing and Funding

Despite serious ecological challenges the Maryland Department of the Environment has seen a drop in funding and staffing over the last two decades. That's the conclusion of a new report by the Center for Progressive Reform. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks Katlyn Schmitt senior analyst at the center who noted there was a dramatic drop in enforcement during the Hogan administration.
