A new five year report by the Center for the Inland Bays gives the region a grade of D as it evaluates the impact of nutrient pollution and climate change. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Dr. Marianne Walch, lead author of the report and former Science and Restoration Director at the center, who notes nonpoint source pollution and climate change are having a major impact on the environmental health of the region.
