Devices provided to students for remote learning are now being used for disciplinary action including the involvement of law enforcement. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Elizabeth Laird, director of Equity in Civic Technology at the Center for Democracy and Technology, about the new trend that has focused on certain groups of students.
