Gas prices have already shot up above $4.00 a gallon and could rise higher as the Biden administration bans imports of Russian oil for its invasion of Ukraine. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked to Regina Ali with AAA Mid-Atlantic about what to expect as motorists prepare to get out onto the road.
