Homelessness in Delaware has risen by as much as 35% over the last few years. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Rita Landgraf, a professor at the University of Delaware and former Health and Social Services Secretary under Governor Jack Markell, about the significance of the rise. Landgraf will be participating in a panel during an online Zoom program this Thursday from 4:30 to 6:p.m. sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Sussex County.
