Eastern Shore-based Still Waters Trio is Ashley Watkins (flute), Denise Nathanson (cello), and Veronica Tomanek (piano). shimmer is a program of diverse repertoire from Louise Ferrenc, Eric Ewazen, Undine Smith Moore, Blaž Pucihar, and Astor Piazzolla. From A Diamond World to Full Moon Rising, spirituals and tango, this program is a tonal reflection of timbres and melodies.
